Alyssa’s journey to physical therapy began with her own love for movement and adventure
Growing up in the mountains of Wyoming, she developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors and an active lifestyle. Her athletic pursuits took her ski racing all over the Rockies and eventually to the East Coast, where she attended Plymouth State University to ski on their women's alpine ski team.

After completing her undergraduate degree, Alyssa entered the coaching world of ski racing. She has worked with athletes of all ability levels, from youth development to the collegiate Division I level. Alyssa's extensive experience in the ski racing world uniquely positioned her as a physical therapist with a deep understanding of movement. These experiences ignited her passion for connecting with people, empowering young athletes, and helping others stay active and enjoy their favorite activities without the limitations of pain or injury.

Alyssa offers a range of specialized services, including injury prevention, sports-specific training, recovery and rehabilitation, and ongoing maintenance. Her expertise includes sports rehab, movement analysis, dry needling, and functional strength testing.

Alyssa believes that the best care comes from building strong relationships with her clients, and she takes the time to understand each individual's goals and needs. She provides evidence-based, customized treatment plans that are effective, empowering, and designed to optimize performance and enhance overall well-being.
